Project details
Despite it's strong mineral potential, Lualaba Province currently captures limited local value from mining activities due to insufficient structuring, low processing capacity, and fragmented operations. This situation restricts job creation, public revenue generation, and broader socio-economic benefits.
The Mining Integration project addresses these challenges by developing a coordinated mining ecosystem that links geological exploration, industrial exploitation, and mineral transformation. The project will promote responsible mining practices, increase local processing, and support sustainable development while ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance.
